Grey dippers – keep supporting

Our heroic team keep going. This is their update:

“Morning dip with David Kane and then in to the Beach House Cafe for a coffee. Great start for a Saturday and we are both running the Glasgow half marathon tomorrow so sets us up well for that 🙏🏻👍”
